While refunds and returns are certainly possible with NCapital Group there are set policies in place to make sure everything is handled correctly and securely. Below please find these policies explained in full and follow them whenever you would like to receive a refund or return. Also please note that a wire refund can take upwards of5-15 working days to be credited back to your account, so please be patient while the request is processed.
The Withdrawal Process
Submit a Withdrawal Request
In order to withdraw funds through your NCapital Group account, you must first submit a withdrawal request through your profile page. Remember that, in order to make sure that you get the type of withdrawal you desire, you will need to select one of the options given. There is a list of them that you must choose from and, in some cases, you'll also need to fill out a small amount of extra information.
In Process Status
Once you have successfully requested a withdrawal and chosen the correct withdrawal option your request will be placed in 'requested status'. It will remain in this status while the processing is being completed. Also, immediately upon submitting your withdrawal request the specific funds that you requested will be deducted from your NCapital Group account. You can check the status of your withdrawal request on the NCapital Group Login page.
Once the withdrawal request has been completed the request will be marked as 'processed'. Your funds will then be available for withdrawal using the payment system that you requested.
Timing of Withdrawal Requests
At NCapital Group we process withdrawal requests one at a time and a first-come, first-served basis. Normally this process takes 7-14 working days. Depending on the request, NCapital Group has the right to either increase or decrease the time it takes for processing. If this happens NCapital Group will contact you about any changes, and why they were made, via the contact method that you initially provided when you signed up for your NCapital Group account.
Which Payment System Can You Use?
Whatever payment system that you decide to use this is the only one that you are obliged to use when withdrawing funds. Occasionally however there may be a problem or glitch with the system that you wish to use for your withdrawal and, in these cases, NCapital Group will make another suggestion about which system you can use in its place. Do note that, if such a scenario were to occur, the conditions you outlined as a client of NCapital Group must match the information provided on the withdrawal request.
Using Correct Information & Verification
When you submit your withdrawal request it is imperative that you use the exact correct information that you have provided to NCapital Group. For example, if your information indicates that you use a bank card when making deposits, your withdrawal request will always be processed to this exact bank card.
Be aware that this can only happen if the requested withdrawal does not exceed the funds that have been deposited to this account in the last 90 days. Also, do note that when you withdraw to a bank card your request will be given a higher priority than any of the other withdrawal types that you can request.
If you have an eWallet you can withdraw money directly from your NCapital Group trading account, up to and equivalent to the holdings you have in your account on the day that you request your withdrawal Once the withdrawal has been process you will then be able to use your trade outcome to credit you trading balance of transfer the amount you've requested to your eWallet.
